Our hourly rates
To ensure that you always have full cost control, we offer transparent hourly rates for our services. Our prices are based on the respective specialist area and the complexity of the task.
- Consulting and Support for IT, Application and Software Development: CHF 245.– per hour
- Consulting and Support for Digital/Graphic Design: CHF 150.– per hour
If you would like a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or already have one that includes reduced hourly rates, please let us know. For long-term projects or individual requirements, we would be happy to create a customized offer. Don’t hesitate to contact us with questions or to schedule a personal meeting.
Billing method
Please note that all efforts under a quarter of an hour are always billed for at least 15 minutes. Beyond that, billing is based on the exact time spent, down to the minute. Billing is done monthly, giving you a transparent overview of the services provided and costs incurred.
For customers with a Service Level Agreement (SLA), annual billing is applied. If the effort exceeds the time agreed upon in the SLA, we will inform you in advance. Additional efforts are billed separately at the hourly rate specified in the SLA.
